Entering the Draw5 questions
Entering is simple:
- Choose your prize from our live competitions
- Choose your entries and complete the qualifying question and checkout
- Receive your ticket number(s) by email and in My Account
Yes, where provided for the relevant competition and jurisdiction. Our free-entry instructions are published on our Free Entry Route page and in the applicable Competition Rules.
Where a no-purchase route forms part of a competition, qualifying free entries are not placed into an inferior prize pool simply because they were obtained without purchase.
Each competition runs for the period stated on its competition page. The closing date, draw date and any applicable instant-win period are displayed before you enter.
If a competition-specific rule permits a change because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, any change will be communicated in accordance with those rules and applicable law.
For closing draws, the draw takes place at the date and time shown on the competition page and is normally streamed live on Facebook.
The winning ticket number is generated through blockchain-anchored cryptographic verification via VerifiedDraws.com. The entrant data used for the draw is locked before winner selection, providing an independently verifiable record of the result.
Instant-win competitions use the instant-win mechanism described in their individual Competition Rules.
The Calibre Club is open to entrants aged 18 or over in the United Kingdom and in selected international jurisdictions, subject to the eligibility requirements for the individual competition.
Availability can differ by country, state, province or territory. Certain competitions, prize types and entry methods may therefore be unavailable in some locations.
Members of the immediate family or household of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
International Entries5 questions
Yes, where the relevant competition is available in your location. The Calibre Club is based in the United Kingdom, but selected competitions are open to international entrants.
Eligibility may differ between countries and, in some markets, between states, provinces or territories. The applicable Competition Rules take precedence and should be checked before entering.
Yes. If you enter from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that your participation is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable where you live.
The Calibre Club also determines which jurisdictions are eligible for each competition and reserves the right to restrict or refuse participation where entry, promotion or prize fulfilment would not be permitted or reasonably practicable.
Not always. Local requirements can mean that the qualifying question, no-purchase method, promotional entry process, prize availability or winner-verification procedure differs between jurisdictions.
Where a different process applies to your location, it will be set out in the relevant Competition Rules or presented to you as part of the entry process.
We may verify a winner's identity, age, country of residence and other eligibility information before a prize is awarded.
This protects the integrity of the competition and allows us to confirm that the prize can lawfully be supplied to the winner.
Please do not enter a competition if your country, state, province or territory is excluded by its Competition Rules.
We are expanding international availability progressively. A location being unavailable for one competition does not necessarily mean it will remain unavailable for future competitions.
Tickets5 questions
Every competition has a fixed maximum number of entries set before launch. The maximum is displayed on the competition page so you can understand the maximum size of the entry pool before entering.
Where applicable, the number of allocated entries and maximum available are displayed on the competition page and updated as entries are processed.
Once your qualifying order or entry has been processed, your ticket number(s) are allocated to your account. Paid entrants normally receive confirmation immediately by email and can also view their entries through My Account.
For a closing draw, your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries you hold and the total eligible entries in the draw.
For example, if you hold 5 entries in a final pool of 500 eligible entries, your chance of holding the winning entry is 5 in 500, or 1 in 100.
Instant-win competitions may use predetermined winning positions or another disclosed mechanism. The relevant competition page and rules explain how those prizes are allocated.
Completed competition entries generally cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded except where required by applicable law or expressly provided for in the Competition Rules.
Please check your entry and account details carefully before completing checkout.
Payment & Account3 questions
The applicable price is clearly displayed before checkout. Prices, currencies and promotional entry structures may differ between jurisdictions where required.
Payments are processed through our secure payment providers. Card details are transmitted through encrypted payment infrastructure and are not stored directly by The Calibre Club on our website servers.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the My Account page. If you don't receive a reset email within 10 minutes, contact hello@thecalibreclub.com.
Prizes & Winning5 questions
For closing draws, we contact the winner using the email address and mobile number registered to their account, normally shortly after the draw. Results are also published through our Winners page where applicable.
Instant-win prizes are identified through the mechanism stated in the individual competition. All prizes remain subject to eligibility and winner verification.
For UK winners, we normally arrange an in-person handover or fully insured delivery.
For international winners, where practical we will source and fulfil the watch within the winner's country or region. This can provide faster, safer and more efficient fulfilment than unnecessarily importing a watch from the United Kingdom.
Where local sourcing is not practical, we may arrange fully insured international delivery from the UK or another suitable location. We will agree the proposed fulfilment method with the winner before dispatch.
Where possible, we will seek to source an international winner's watch within their country or region, avoiding unnecessary international shipping and import formalities.
If a prize must cross an international border, the winner is responsible for any customs duty, import VAT, sales or use tax, clearance charges or other local taxes or charges arising from receipt of the prize, unless the applicable Competition Rules expressly state otherwise.
Winners are also responsible for determining and meeting any personal tax or reporting obligations that apply to them in their jurisdiction.
Where a cash alternative is offered, it will be stated on the relevant competition page or in its Competition Rules.
Cash alternatives may not be available to international winners where local law, regulation, tax treatment, payment restrictions or the individual competition structure does not permit them.
Where no cash alternative is offered, the advertised physical prize — or another permitted fulfilment option expressly provided for in the Competition Rules — will apply.
Yes. Every watch awarded by The Calibre Club is genuine and must meet the material specification stated for the competition.
UK prizes are sourced through reputable specialist channels. For an international winner, we may instead source an equivalent watch through an established dealer or specialist within the winner's country or region.
Where the competition specifies a particular reference, condition, box and papers, warranty or other material characteristic, any locally sourced replacement must meet the applicable prize specification.
