Entering the Draw 5 questions

Entering is simple - just three steps:

  1. Pick your prize from our live competition page
  2. Choose how many tickets you'd like and complete checkout
  3. Receive your ticket number by email immediately - then watch the live draw
Prefer a free entry? We offer a free postal entry route for every competition. Free entries go into exactly the same draw and have exactly the same chance of winning as paid tickets.

Yes. Every competition has a free postal entry route. Send your entry by first or second class post to the address on our free postal entry page, including your full name, address, contact details and the name of the competition you wish to enter.

Free entries are drawn from exactly the same pool as paid entries and have an identical chance of winning. There is no advantage to entering with paid tickets - the chance of winning is determined entirely by your share of the total entries.

Each competition runs for a fixed period set out clearly on the competition page. The closing date and live draw time are locked in at launch and will not change.

The vast majority of ticket sales happen in the final 24-48 hours before the draw - we'd rather have a small, transparent buying window than artificially extend a competition.

The draw takes place on the date and time stated on each competition page. It is streamed live on Facebook so anyone can watch.

The winning ticket number is generated through blockchain-anchored cryptographic verification via VerifiedDraws.com. The full entrant list is locked into a tamper-proof record before the draw closes - making it mathematically impossible to influence the result after entries close.

The winner is contacted immediately after the draw and published on our Winners page.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Members of the immediate family or household of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

Tickets 5 questions

Every competition has a fixed maximum number of tickets, set before launch. This cap is non-negotiable and will not change while the competition is live. The maximum is shown on every competition page - it's how your final odds at sell-out are calculated.

We deliberately run lower ticket caps than most operators in this category, which means better odds for genuine collectors.

The total tickets sold and maximum available are displayed live on every competition page, updated in real time. You can see exactly how many entries are in the draw before you decide whether to enter.

Once your payment is complete, your ticket number(s) are emailed to you instantly. You can also view them at any time in the My Account section.

Your chance of winning equals the number of tickets you hold divided by the total tickets in the draw at close. Because the maximum ticket cap is fixed, you can calculate your worst-case odds at the moment you enter.

Example: if you hold 5 tickets and the cap is 500, your maximum odds at sell-out are 1 in 100. If the draw doesn't sell out, your odds are better.

Ticket purchases are final and cannot be amended, refunded or withdrawn once the order is complete. Please check your entry details carefully at checkout.

Payment & Account 3 questions

The price per ticket is clearly stated on every competition page and is locked for the duration of the competition - we don't discount mid-draw and we don't change pricing once a competition is live.

All payments are processed by Axcess, our PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Card details are never stored on our servers - they go directly to Axcess via SSL-encrypted connection. We see only the transaction confirmation.

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the My Account page. If you don't receive a reset email within 10 minutes, contact hello@thecalibreclub.com.

Prizes & Winning 5 questions

We contact winners directly using the email and mobile number registered to your account, usually within an hour of the draw closing. The winner is also published on our Winners page along with the full draw certificate from VerifiedDraws.com.

Please keep your contact details up to date in your account - if we can't reach you within 28 days, we reserve the right to award the prize as a bonus in a future promotion.

Wherever possible, we hand the watch over in person - either at a public location near you or at an agreed venue. This is part of how we operate and what we believe makes us different from other operators in this category.

If an in-person handover isn't practical, the watch is sent by fully insured courier with signature on delivery. Either way, the handover is photographed and (where appropriate) filmed for the winner's story page on our website.

Every competition prize page lists a cash alternative value, which is offered at the winner's choice. If you'd prefer cash to the watch, you can take it - simple.

For transparency, we'd like to take a photo of you with your prize for the Winners page - but it is not mandatory. If you'd prefer to remain anonymous beyond first name and town, we'll respect that.

Every watch we offer is 100% genuine and sourced from reputable UK channels - either authorised dealers or established UK pre-owned dealers we vet personally. Watches come complete with original box, papers and warranty wherever stated on the competition page.
