Conditions and limits
- You must hold a free The Calibre Club account. Registering an account is free and does not require any purchase.
- The full name, email address and contact details on your postal entry must match the details registered on your The Calibre Club account. Entries that cannot reasonably be matched to a registered account will not be entered into the draw.
- A maximum of one free postal entry per person, per competition is permitted. Multiple free postal entries received from the same person for the same competition will not be entered into the draw.
- Each free postal entry must be submitted individually and must include all required information. Bulk entries, copied entries, automated entries, third-party entries, incomplete entries, illegible entries, fraudulent entries or entries considered abusive will be void.
- Free postal entries must be received by the Promoter before the stated closing date and time of the relevant competition. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be entered into the draw.
- Proof of posting does not guarantee entry into the draw. The Promoter is not responsible for postal delays, lost mail, incorrectly addressed entries or entries that are not received before the competition closes.
- The Promoter will not acknowledge receipt of free postal entries and is not required to confirm whether an entry has been received, processed or whether an answer to the Competition Question is correct.
- Free postal entries are processed manually and may take up to five working days to appear on customer accounts. All valid free postal entries received before the competition closing date and time will be entered into the draw.
- If a competition sells out, reaches its maximum entry limit or otherwise closes before a free postal entry is received, that postal entry will not be entered into the draw.
- Free postal entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements, competition rules, entry limits and draw process as paid entries, except that no purchase is required.
- By submitting a free postal entry, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and that you accept the relevant competition terms and conditions and The Calibre Club’s general terms and conditions.
Equal treatment of entries: Valid free postal entries and paid entries are entered into the same random draw and have the same chance of winning. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning.
