The competition page publishes the relevant instant-win mechanics. Once checkout confirms, your allocated ticket is checked against that structure and the result is revealed. The visual reveal does not change the underlying result.
How do scheduled draws work?
Entries are accepted until the published closing condition. The winner is then selected through the draw process stated for that competition and the result is recorded and published afterward.
How do I know a result is genuine?
Major winner records are published in the Winners' Room. Scheduled draw proof can include an independent Verified Draws record and public verification link.
What happens when I win?
The prize is confirmed against the winning order or ticket record. Depending on the prize, it may be credited automatically or a member of the team will contact you to complete verification and fulfilment.
Are physical watches genuine?
Physical watch prizes are described on the relevant competition page, including model, condition and included accessories where applicable. The prize delivered is the prize described for that competition.
Is there a free entry route?
Where provided, the current no-purchase postal route and its requirements are published on the Free Postal Entry page. Use those instructions rather than relying on older saved copies.
