We collect the following personal information when you enter a competition or use our website:

Full name
Email address
Billing address
Payment information (processed by Axcess — we do not store card details)
IP address and browser information (collected automatically)
Email address if provided through our sign-up form (optional)

Why we collect it

We use your data for the following purposes:

To process your competition entry — we need your name and email to assign your ticket and contact you if you win
To fulfil prize delivery — we need your address to dispatch the watch to a winner
To comply with legal requirements — including verifying age (18+) and UK residency
To send marketing communications — only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve our website — we use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use the site

Legal basis for processing

Contract performance — processing your entry and delivering prizes
Legal obligation — age verification, tax records, prize fulfilment

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted third parties who help us operate the competition:

Axcess — payment processing. Axcess processes card payments securely and does not share payment data with us beyond transaction confirmation.
Klaviyo — email marketing platform. If you have opted in to marketing emails, your email address is stored and processed by Klaviyo as a data processor acting on our behalf. Klaviyo is GDPR compliant. You can review their privacy policy at klaviyo.com/legal/privacy.
WooCommerce / WordPress — our e-commerce and website platform. Order data is stored on our Hostinger-hosted server.
Verified Draws — independent draw verification. Draw results (winning ticket numbers only, no personal data) are published on the Verified Draws platform.
Courier providers — name and delivery address shared with our insured courier for prize dispatch only.

How long we keep your data

We retain order records and entry data for 7 years as required by HMRC for tax purposes. Marketing opt-in data is retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.

All data is transmitted via SSL encryption. Our server is hosted by Hostinger and maintained with security updates. Card payment data is processed entirely by Axcess and never passes through or is stored on our servers.
